Capture Time Display
When a roadside or hotspot camera image and time is displayed, the time should be the value stored in the Collected
field for the camera image (see GetCameraImage). When a drive stream image time is displayed,
the time should be the value stored in the CreationTime EXIF tag for that image (see the drives sample application).
The displayed text should be similar to “Image captured approx. 9:13am”.
Note: Do not display the current time, nor the time at which the image was retrieved from the Camera API.
