Modifying Images
Originating authorities do not permit the modification or misrepresentation of camera images or video streams. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping images, removing logos, or obscuring images with overlays such as advertisements.

Camera images or video streams may still be annotated to convey or clarify image contents, such as adding symbols to an image to highlight a blocked lane.
